UVA’s Art of Moving Creature course was a year-long collaboration workshop with SWSCA that brought together art, drama, and architecture students to research, design, and construct large-scale kinetic monsters.

SWSCA’s online digital library has become an integral part of El Diamante High School’s Media Arts Program, enabling students to express their creativity in new ways, both artistically and technologically.

Fullerton’s BEAST teachers use SWSCA courses to help students imagine and create ‘creature characters’ employing the skills of the artist, the understanding of the biologist, and the methods of the engineer.
